Through the development of an execution environment written in pure JavaScript, Flash can now be used on the iPhone. The modern web browsers are quite capable of displaying complex animations, including integrated vector fonts custom, videos and sounds. They are thus able to replace Flash for some basic usage. This perspective is particularly interesting that the Flash plugin is not present on some platforms. This is the case with the iPhone, Apple's fear that Flash does serve as a vehicle for dissemination applications. Unfortunately for the creative tools Adobe does not allow to create animations using only the integrated capabilities to Web browsers.

The answer may come from an independent developer. Tobias Schneider is thus an early version of a Flash environment written entirely in JavaScript and using SVG for rendering. Information relayed by the CPA Australia website. This product is certainly not capable of supporting all Flash applications, but it appears very useful on platforms lacking the graft. Another positive performance is quite good and should improve further with the next JavaScript engine. Demonstrations are available on this web page. Attention Internet Explorer does not support SVG, it is not compatible with this application.
